The Orchard at Fair Oaks Farms is the apple orchard and u-pick area at the Fair Oaks Farms dairy attraction, with 20 acres of apple trees, sunflowers and a pumpkin patch. It is open daily through November 7, 2026.
What are the hours?
Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM, Central Time. The last admission is sold 30 minutes before closing, and no reservations are needed.
How much does it cost?
Entry is $5 a person, ages 2 and under are free, and orchard admission is included with a one-day Adventures or Mooville ticket. Apple bags are $10 for a half peck or $15 for a full peck, and sunflowers are $2 a bloom or $25 a bucket.
What is happening the rest of the season?
Pumpkinfest is October 10 and 11 from noon to 4 PM, with the Indiana Pumpkin Growers weigh-off, games and pumpkin painting. The season ends with the Pumpkin Smash Bash on November 7. Apple cannons run on weekends, at $5 or $10 a bag.
Can our dog come?
No, pets are not permitted in the orchard. Free wagon rides to and from the orchard run on weekends and are wheelchair accessible, and golf carts can be rented by the hour.
