Stony Creek Orchard & Cider Mill on 32 Mile Road in Bruce Township is a family orchard run by the Ross family since 1939. Its salesroom opened for the season on Friday, September 11, and is open seven days a week.
What are the hours?
Every day from 10 AM to 6 PM. U-pick apples run 10 AM to 5 PM and are weekends only.
Does it cost anything to visit?
No, there is no admission fee. You pay for what you pick or buy.
What is there to eat?
Cider pressed in the farm's own mill and donuts made daily in the Donut House, which families eat at the picnic area while the kids play on the straw bales. The salesroom also has caramel apples, frozen pies, pre-picked pumpkins, jams and honey.
Can we pick raspberries too?
Yes, red and black raspberries are u-pick on weekends along with the apples, or you can buy them pre-picked. Call (586) 752-2453.
