About Golden River Orchard
Golden River Orchard on White Cedar Road near Cheboygan is a family orchard run by Steve and Mary Crusoe since 2002. It opened for the 2026 season on September 5 and is open weekends, with the last weekend tentatively October 31 and November 1.
When is it open?
Saturdays 10 AM to 5 PM and Sundays noon to 5 PM.
Can we pick our own?
Pumpkins, yes. The patch is open through the end of October, carts are there for hauling, and pumpkins are sold by weight, many of them 20 to 35 pounds. Apples are picked by the farm and sold bagged.
Are there hayrides or treats?
There are no hayrides. Cider and donuts are sold at the orchard, along with 11 apple varieties and squash.
