Pick'n Patch in Stanley is a big fall festival farm on Route 5 and 20, between Rochester and Syracuse. Its pumpkin patch runs from September 11 through October 31, along with u-pick apples, a corn maze, farm animals and more than 20 attractions.
How much is admission?
The Fields of Fun pass is $17.95 online or $20.95 at the gate on weekends, and $14.95 online or $18.95 at the gate on weekdays. You need it to get into the apple orchard too.
What days is it open?
Every day from 10 AM to 6 PM except Tuesdays, when it is closed.
Is there anything special coming up?
Friday, October 9 is a movie night with a moonlight corn maze. The movie is free with paid admission, and maze entry after 7 PM is $9.99 a person, with last entry at 8:30 PM.
What is there to eat?
Homemade donuts, maple cotton candy, caramel apples, kettle corn and hot dogs, plus cider. If you want mums, come early, since they usually sell out by Columbus Day weekend.
