Pierson's Farm on Route 211 West in Middletown has been farming in the Hudson Valley since 1790. Its 2026 fall season runs from September 19 through November 1, with a vine-grown pumpkin patch, sunflower fields and two corn mazes.
What are the hours?
Tuesday to Friday noon to 5 PM, and weekends 10 AM to 5:30 PM. It is closed Mondays, except Columbus Day, October 12, when it opens 10 AM to 5:30 PM.
Is there a maze for little kids?
Yes. Alongside the 4-acre large maze, which takes about 30 minutes, there is a 3/4-acre small maze for younger children. There is also an animal barn, goat playhouse, slides, a wooden train and a game room for a rainy moment.
What costs extra?
Pumpkins and sunflowers are not included in admission. The weekend hayride to feed the cows, the barrel train and face painting also cost extra, and kids 2 and under ride the hayride free with a parent.
Can we bring the dog?
No. The farm asks that pets stay home for the safety of its free-roaming animals. Cash and credit cards are both accepted.
