The Minges and Weber Family Pumpkin Festival began as the Minges Pumpkin Festival in 1984 and now takes place on the Weber family farm on Kilby Road in Harrison. In 2026 it runs Saturday, October 17 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday, October 18 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
How does parking work?
Parking is free, and the lots open at 8 AM. Shuttles run from points in the lot to the entrance gates. The ground is mostly grass and gravel and can be uneven.
What does it cost, and how do we pay?
Kids 12 and under get in free. The gates take cash and cards, including tap and Apple Pay, and there are ATMs at each entrance and inside the grounds.
Is there food, and can we buy pumpkins?
About 25 food and drink vendors set up for the weekend. Many pumpkin varieties are for sale, priced by size, and the festival schedule includes cutting your own sunflowers.
Should we bring the dog?
Pets are allowed outdoors but not inside the large tents, and the festival suggests leaving them home. It goes on rain or shine unless severe weather forces an evacuation.
