Mapleside Farms

Mapleside Farms on Pearl Road in Brunswick has grown apples since 1927, and each fall it turns more than 100 acres into Pumpkin Village. In 2026 Pumpkin Village runs on weekends from September 12 through November 1, with a themed festival most Saturdays and Sundays.

When is Pumpkin Village open, and what does it cost?

Fridays 4 to 9 PM, Saturdays 11 AM to 9 PM and Sundays 11 AM to 6 PM. Fun Friday admission is $15, themed weekend days are $18, guests 55 and older pay $15, and children 2 and under are free.

Which weekends are still coming up?

The 53rd annual Johnny Appleseed Festival is October 3 and 4, and The Great Pumpkin Fest, with a pumpkin wall of more than 200 pumpkins, is October 17 and 18. The remaining Fun Fridays are October 2, 16, 23 and 30.

What do kids do there?

There is a 311-foot super slide, a giant jumping pillow, a 7-acre corn maze shaped like a bald eagle, a kiddie corn maze, hayrides through the orchards, cow and pig train rides, goats, duck races and a playground. Kids can also pick out their own pumpkins.

Can we just stop for apples?

Yes. The Apple Barn sells bag-your-own apples, fresh cider, caramel apples and snacks. It is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Mondays.
