White House Fruit Farm on the Youngstown to Salem Road in Canfield has been farmed by the same family since 1815, and apples are its signature crop. Its 2026 Fall Harvest Weekends run every Saturday and Sunday through October 25, with the farm market open all week.
What happens on Fall Harvest Weekends?
Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM there are wagon rides, live music on the front lawn stage, food vendors, Farmville Fun for kids and a petting zoo. Wagon rides are $5 per rider and the petting zoo is $1 a person. The Pumpkin Donut Sundae is sold only on these weekends.
Can we pick apples at the main farm?
No. Pick-your-own apples are at the farm's other location, 8652 Leffingwell Road in Canfield, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM, with last entry at 3:30 PM. It is $15 a peck and cash only.
Is anything open on weekdays?
Yes. The market, Gift Barn and Pumpkin Pavilion are open Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, daily through October 25. The market sells donuts, fresh-pressed cider, fudge and a deli, and the Gift Barn has a kids' area.
