Arader Farm (formerly Varner's Farm)

Arader Farm on Trappe Road in Collegeville is a Christmas tree farm that the Arader family bought from the Varner family in 2021, and it opens for fall family fun as well. The 2026 fall season opened on Thursday, September 24.

What are the fall hours?

Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 6 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Monday through Wednesday.

What will the kids do?

There is a corn maze, pumpkin picking, tractor rides, a hay play area and a model train. The farm animals have names: goats Laverne and Shirley, rabbits, turkeys and three sheep called Bruno, Alfie and Panda.

Are there special weekends?

Pumpkin Fest falls on Saturdays, October 10 and 17, with costumed characters including Mario, Luigi and Judy Hopps, plus music. A farm food truck is running for the season, and the fall store has cider, apples, baked goods and the owners' own honey.

Can we bring the dog or a picnic?

No. The farm asks you to leave pets at home and not to bring outside food or drinks.
