Shady Knoll Farm on Dennhardt Road in East Moline grows more than 90 varieties of pumpkins, gourds and squash. Its 2026 pumpkin patch opened on Saturday, September 19.
Is there an admission fee?
No. You pay only for what you do: the 5-acre corn maze is $6 a person, the half-acre sorghum maze for little ones is $2, and a big handful of u-pick flowers is $10.
What else is there for kids?
Kids can buy a bag of oats to feed the goats and sheep, and see the farm's poultry roaming free range. Pumpkins can be picked from the patch or chosen pre-picked around the barnyard.
How do we pay?
Cash and all major credit cards are taken at the pumpkin shed, but not Venmo during pumpkin season. Hours depend on the weather, so call (309) 496-9636 before you go.
